Feria de Abril – The April Fair is one of the most important events in Seville, and gastronomy plays a key role in it. During the fair, you can enjoy typical dishes such as fried fish, Iberian ham, salmorejo, and rebujito, a typical drink of the fair.
Ruta del Mosto – During the months of November and December, the city of Seville celebrates the Ruta del Mosto, an event dedicated to the tasting of young wines and typical dishes of the Sevillian gastronomy. In this event you will be able to taste musts from the region accompanied by dishes such as Andalusian stew, potatoes with choco or cheeks stew.
Festival de la Tapa – The Festival de la Tapa is an event held during the month of February that brings together the best bars and restaurants in the city to offer a selection of unique and creative tapas. During this festival you can try tapas such as cod with honey, sirloin steak with goat cheese, and many other delicacies.
Feria del Jamón – The Ham Fair is held in October in the town of Aracena, in the province of Huelva, and is a unique opportunity to taste the best Iberian ham in the region. In this event you can taste the ham accompanied by wines from the region and other local products.
