It’s a difficult feat, but it’s definitely possible with the right preparation and mindset. In this post, we’ll give you some tips as well as a simple itinerary on how to conquer the Camino in 7 days.

Firstly, it’s important to note that it is a pilgrimage that has been completed by millions of people over the centuries. It’s a journey that is deeply spiritual and reflective, and it’s important to approach it with the right mindset. 

With that said, here is a sample itinerary for completing the last 100 kilometers of the Camino de Santiago in this period of days

 

 

Day 1 – Sarria to Portomarín (22.7 kilometers)

Day 2 – Portomarín to Palas de Rei (25 kilometers)

Day 3 – Palas de Rei to Arzúa (29 kilometers)

Day 4 – Arzúa to O Pedrouzo (19 kilometers)

Day 5 – O Pedrouzo to Santiago de Compostela (20 kilometers)

Day 6 – Rest day in Santiago de Compostela

Day 7 – Explore Santiago de Compostela and attend the Pilgrim ‘s Mass at the Cathedral.

Note that this itinerary assumes that you are in a good physical condition and are able to walk an average of 25 kilometers per day. It’s important to remember to wear comfortable walking shoes, stay hydrated, and pack light. Additionally, it’s a good idea to consult with a doctor before embarking on any strenuous physical activity. 

Completing the Camino de Santiago in 7 days is definitely a challenge, but it’s a challenge worth taking.
