Personal data may be disclosed to third parties without the consent of the owner thereof as long as this meets a need for the development, implementation and control of the business relationship, and/or limited to the above-mentioned purposes, as set out in art. 11.1 of Law 15/1999 of December 13, of the Personal Data Protection.
