In this workshop you will have a theoretical and practical approach to the world of beer. As you know, one of the oldest and most popular drinks in humanity. There will be a tour of the most representative styles of beer, as well as technical and organoleptic characteristics (color, flavor, smell ...).You will learn types of beers: from larger and Pilsen to abbey and porter. Types of colors: black, amber, red ... Types of fermentation: high, low, mixed ... History, ingredients, preparation, its nutritional and dietary importance, as well as how to serve it.
You will taste different malts and hops to learn what nuances each give to the drink, and finally you will do a guided tasting of 8 types of beers that represent the main styles of high-end beer. Both imported and national.
