The company wanted an original and different Christmas dinner. An event aimed at all employees of the company. The objective was to give the employees an unforgettable experience that would help them to motivate, build loyalty, incentivize, communicate, and reinforce the team spirit and the brand's values. A motivational event that made all attendees feel comfortable and involved in the day and with the brand, while strengthening the social and emotional ties between the attendees and the company.
Media Markt wanted to surprise and reward all participants, creating an incredible event where they could enjoy a memorable night with the rest of their colleagues.
From World Experience we created a proposal of a theme totally set in the "American Circus", where participants will feel in the purest Cirque du Soleil style.
