LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methodology is designed to enhance innovation and business performance, using LEGO bricks with a unique methodology where participants are invited to “think through their hands”. Based on research which shows that this kind of hands-on, minds-on learning produces a deeper, more meaningful understanding of the world and its possibilities, the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methodology deepens the reflection process and supports an effective dialogue – for everyone in the organization. Through tangible constructions all participants are encouraged to express them-selves regardless of hierarchies or personal situations. In LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®, everyone has an opinion, all opinions are valued, and consensus is built among all. The objectives of the workshop are naturally absorbed, and this allows us to understand the different perspectives that coexist in a company.
