In this great team building activity, each group designs an area of a city. Like all cities, this one must have an industrial, residential, leisure and business zone and infrastructures such as roads, railways and there will also be a river.
Each group works in an area, although they will have to collaborate with other teams to bring all the neighborhoods together and give uniformity in all the zones and make the transport networks flow in a coherent way with the areas of the other teams. Using a wide range of materials, they creatively build a fictional city, while being both functional and aesthetically beautiful. Quite a challenge! When time is up, the teams will bring their structures together and we will inaugurate the super city, having all worked towards a common goal.
Working in these types of activities in teams develops the creativity of the employees, strengthening their fine motor skills that are often forgotten. Being part of a whole is a great way to incentivize company departments.
