Cancellation Policy

If you must cancel your participation in a tour for any reason, please email us at booking@worldexperience.com as soon as possible.

Please note that our refund policy is as follows: **

24 hours free. Less than 24 hours or No Show 100%.
This product is subject to cancellation or rescheduling based on inclement weather.
A minimum number of people is required for the tour. If this minimum is not reached,
clients will be offered an alternative date, another tour of equal or greater value, or a full refund.
– There is a minimum number of people required to operate in languages other than English or Spanish. If
If this minimum is not reached, the tour will be offered in English.
– The tour may be affected by special circumstances and events.

Refunds will be made to the credit card used to make the original reservation and cancellation will be completed upon receipt of a cancellation email from the webarcelona.com team.

Refund requests for cancellations made 48 hours prior to a tour will be responded to within 5 business days to allow us time to review them, and will be resolved at World Experience’s sole discretion.

We know that travel plans can change. If you wish to make any changes to your tour, please send us an email to booking@worldexperience.com and we will do our best to make your changes effective.

In the event that World Experience is forced to cancel a tour for reasons beyond its control, the company will offer an alternative in the form of another tour or another date, depending on the availability of the client. In the event that this is not possible, the full amount paid will be refunded.
